Bailey Jones, a Californian artist through and through with tattoos

If the meeting had taken place in Quebec City, we would say that we fell in love. But it was in Joshua Tree under the scorching sun of the California desert.

No matter, we immediately fell in love with him, so much so that the following year we invited him to stay with us in the Vercors region, bringing his suitcases—or rather, his American military surplus bag—during his grand initiatory journey through Europe. Bailey works the land with love and talent in his Joshua Tree studio.
