A unique kimono jacket for the bohemian chic in you
A kimono to wear for a chic, bohemian style inspired by California hippies . It's a unique kimono jacket that I designed because I love Janis Joplin, the Grateful Dead, and the beach. The fabric is a handcrafted African indigo batik, which gives it that beautiful, inimitable blue color. I wanted to make sure the price remained reasonable. I don't intend to call myself a fashion designer. It's just a little whimsical creation that I wanted to share with you for the return of spring.

I had it made just before the pandemic, in Los Angeles by a seamstress from Venice Beach. It was just for me. Secretly flattered that people would stop me in the street to ask where I'd bought it, I finally gave in and launched a limited production of this kimono to hopefully mark the end of the COVID days and the return of bright sunshine.
It's one size fits all, perfect for sizes 38 to 42. I wear my kimono in the city or at the beach. It's simple, basic, lightweight, and unlined. The handcrafted indigo batiks used are all unique, so yours will be just for you, different from mine or those of my friends who have adopted it.
I sincerely hope you'll love it, that it will be a part of your summer, and that you'll enjoy bringing it out year after year, always young and carefree, laughing at the passing of time, the children growing up, and your eternally youthful soul. You weren't at Woodstock in 1968, but you could have been. Smile like you're being filmed by Quentin Tarantino!
